"Chris was very efficient and explained everything that he did showing where everything is located"

"Robert answered my call at almost 6 pm Tuesday, and showed up at 8 am Wednesday, having already called the TN call before you dig crews. Despite numerous difficulties due to multiple utilities terminating in close proximity, rock hard ground having to be hand-dug, and the phone line markings being significantly off , the line was replaced and our water restored that same afternoon, Through it all, Robert kept me informed, and was courteous and professional."

"SMK plumbing did a great job for me with a whole house water re-plumbing & main water line from the street. The team was efficient, professional, and polite. Job was started and completed in one day. They even moved the whole house shut off and pressure valve to a very easy to get to location."

"Nic did a great job but we have a major sower problem with the funky sewer line. They established here in Oak Ridge. He is coming back to do a bigger job of finding the root blockage and making repairs!"

"We are very happy with Best Plumber and our plumber, Richard! He has been to to our house twice and is terrific. We were scheduled within a few days. Richard was skilled and patient explaining what was wrong and then took care of it! You are lucky to have him. He came recommended to me and I will pass Richard and Best Plumber forward to others. Thank you Richard and Best Plumber! We will be back"

"He did a great job, and offered two different ways to fix my plumbing. Professional and courteous."

"I had a whole house backed up with sewage I had a company come out trying to fix the issue but they couldn't. I called Bill at ASAP HOMEWORX and he came out in short notice ,was very thorough with my problem ran his sewer camera and found a broken pipe out in the yard. He cleared my line and then came back to dig up the yard and did the repairs necessary to get my sewer line repaired. Bill is very knowledgeable and we now have a new plumber."

"Show up at time they stated would be there. Looked at job gave a price and did a great job in fixing the problem. Will use them again."

"Matt was very responsive to my call and worked me into his schedule. He diagnosed the problem and advised we would have to dig down to the main water line entering the house. He quoted a price for the full job and also gave me a price if I hand dug it myself. I chose the latter and it worked out great. He arrived back the next day and fixed the broken copper pipe. His final cost actually came in LESS than his original quote. Great service and great quality work. Thanks Matt!"
