"Michael came out. He realized that the faucet would not fit our current set up, he removed the panel to the back of the shower and replaced the pipe. He installed the new faucet and diverter. The faucet looks good and works like it is supposed to. He also tested our water after hurricane Milton came through. Our water was fine. Overall we were very satisfied with this company and with Michael. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues."

"Dave is absolutely fantastic! Our hot water heater began leaking a small amount of rust water; turns out it was 21 years old. Dave got us the hot water heater we wanted for a fair price. The initial install was going great until he unboxed the new hot water heater only to realize it was completely dented. He worked with us to figure out a solution. He installed the dented water heater, so we wouldn't be without water until the new one could be here (special order). He even offered to allow us to not pay until the second water heater was installed. He is absolutely an amazing contractor and I would recommend him to anyone. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
