"Alex & his team were absolutely top notch! They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! I really couldn’t be more impressed w/a contractor! Believe me, I’ve hired bad (terrible) contractors in the past and was forced to fire them and lose lots of $ in the process! "Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. Eric was super responsive from the first time I called through to the very end of the job. We were impressed with the care they took to cover our wood and marble floors and they were super clean throughout the project. They really know their stuff, from the fabrication of the granite all they way through to the design and layout of the back splash. Communication was excellent with all the guys.
