"When my HVAC unit went out I called A n 1 at 12:30am, as I have gotten home from work not too long ago. He answer and said he be right there. He came through check it all out and let us know exactly what needed to be done. He quote us too on the price if we decide to stick with him. Since he is a smaller personally owned company he didn't have financial options. So we had to think if over. Anyways I offer to give him some cash for coming out here so late and he kindly refuse, which was very kind of him. Even though it was already 2am by the time he was done checking it all out. After a few calls to other companies we realize we rather pay a hard working, honest man and help smaller local business. Also his price was unbeatable and the quote he quoted us was what we pay no hidden cost or anything. Needless to say we were highly satisfy with his work and his honesty. "By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"Central air went out on a Sunday. Called and they responded within an hour - impressive. We were given an estimate to replace the outside unit which we thought was pretty high. We were told they could install the unit the next day for $2400 if the unit came from them. We chose to purchase the unit ourselves and have them install it. We had the unit we purchased at our house on Tuesday morning. Each time we called (we received a quick response) to see where we were on the list for installation, we received a later and later date. We were a bit disappointed by that. They arrived Friday afternoon after 3:00 and it only took them 2.5 hours to install which was impressive. We saved $1000 by buying the unit ourselves so the wait was worth it.
We do realize it was one of the hottest weeks we could have had for this to happen and understand how busy all Heating and Air companies were. We would gladly have them return for any service necessary."
