"The customer service was exceptionally good with the knowledge of the proucts (HVAC systems) they are selling and servicing . "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The compressor was working fine but inside air handler was not blowing air. So we called Ray French to give us an estimate and make the needed repairs as we have done for the past 20 years. Rob showed up at our residence the same day and replaced the parts needed in both the compressor and the air handler. The blower inside the air handler was removed and stabilized. Because our A/C was installed in 2000 we feared that the whole system might need replacement at a price we could not afford. No fear. Rob made the necessary repairs and replacement parts and it is running again just like new. As Rob put it, perfect is better than good. Without hesitation we would call him again. There was no discussion or pressure to replace the system because these skilled workmen treat customers like family and have been doing so since 1961. Phillip E."

"I highly recommend QCS! This pro was quick to contact, scheduled the service call for next day, a Saturday, and gave easy to understand explanation of what was wrong with fair and reasonable pricing for repair/replacement of my unit. They turned around the job of replacing my entire unit with a new one and hauled off the old one in one day. They were also respectful when I asked around for others' diagnosis and prices and kept communication up throughout our business."

"Jacob is a pleasure to work with. He offered good advice and service regarding my AC issues. We have a portfolio of Airbnb’s and we consistently receive the same good service!"
