"CONSTANTIN CAME OUT QUICKLY AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HAD PARTS FOR REPAIR WITH HIM. THE COST OF THE REAIR WAS A BIT HIGHER THAN EXPECTED BUT IF THE UNIT LASTS A FEW YEARS MORE IT WAS BETTER THAN PURCHASING A NEW ONE. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS REPAIR SERVICE."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"This is an honest business that is looking out for your best interest. It was refreshing to have a service call by someone not trying to sell me something or rip me off. Tim went above and beyond and I m happy to recommend this business to anyone else"

"

Mike arrived promptly within the scheduled time frame.  He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  He repaired the leak that was causing the problem and explained the work he was doing as he went along.  He seemed very honest and also offers a senior citizens discount.

I thought the price was very fair and I definitely will call Mike again for my appliance issues.  And, now I can get a few more miles out of my old refrigerator.  It is very refreshing to have someone that will try to fix it  rather than immediately trying to sell you something new if you really don't need it.

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"I had an excellent experience with the HVAC service. The technician, Read, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. I highly recommend Read and this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service!"
