"We had Schoeman Construction do a major kitchen remodel this year (2023). Everyone on their staff was knowledgeable, professional and great to have in our home. They handled almost every aspect of the remodel and when they had to have a subcontractor come in, they were also just as professional and pleasant. There were understandably some hiccups which happens, but the issues were addressed and fixed to everyone's satisfaction. They will give you as much or as little input as you want/need to make your vision a reality. "Newly retired, I am planning camping excursions around the country, and Dean and his employee, Chris agreed to a unique project of creating a wooden sleeping platform in the emptied rear section of my Honda CRV. I found similiar projects online but lacked the expertise to do it myself. Dean took the time to work with me beforehand by viewing photos and articles I sent him and then used as a protype. He later modified it to work with my vehicle. He answered all my calls and emails promptly, his bid was fair, and he arrived exactly at the time promised. He and Chris worked quickly and efficiently and asked for my input and approval throughout the process. In a few hours they  built a sturdy and safe platform with two hinged sections that allow for ample storage underneath, and when closed, a top surface to place an overlay mattress for sleeping. They also meticulously cleaned the work area once they were done. I was so impressed with Dean, I asked for an estimate on replacing rotting wooden siding on my home that I plan to do in the future. He again promptly sent a fair bid. I am very happy to have found a skilled professional I can rely on for future projects. <br />"
