Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Lake Harmony, PA

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Joe was absolutely a life saver. He was able to come to the house, diagnose the issue, source a replacement water heater, and fix it all within roughly six hours. He also worked with my tenants and made them feel confident the issue would be resolved. They weren’t keen on staying when the issue was first discovered, but Joe was able to show them the work would get done and their vacation could still happen."

"I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. Normally, we ask him to help when we close up our Pocono home at the end of December and he evacuates the water from all pipes so we can turn off the heat without experiencing water freezing problems (This past year, neighbors tell us the temperature stayed in single digits for almost two weeks straight)  In the summer, when we escape Florida's heat, he comes over to reconnect the fittings and makes sure everything works right.
Through the years, he has performed many small repairs as well, as today, when he diagnosed a problem with our garage hose bib, and replaced a broken shutoff valve.

"I had a simple issue with my HVAC unit that was replaced recently. The first company that came out insisted on expensive fixes with no options which prompted me to try Healthy Home. Their customer service was friendly and helpful and had me set up with an appointment in minutes. On the day of my appointment, I was contacted and the technician showed up on time and provided me with multiple options at a far better price. We are not ready to replace our unit yet and the technician assured me it wasn’t necessary but I know who to call when it is. Thank you!"
