"Robert Kula came out with helper Jason Valles to remove and replace my water heater. Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. They both provided my with excellent service. Not to mention, the price was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs."

"We recently worked with Frederick Akridge from PipeWorks for some major plumbing upgrades, and his meticulous work left us thoroughly impressed. He installed a pressure-regulating valve, multiple shut-off valves for the main water line and water softener, and even replaced the corroded safety valves for our washing machine. His attention to detail is unmatched. What truly set him apart was the care he took in explaining everything he did. He walked me through each valve, making sure I understood exactly how to control the water flow throughout our home. It's rare to find someone who’s not just skilled but also takes the time to educate their customers. If you're looking for a plumber who's detail-oriented, professional, and takes pride in their work, I can't recommend Fredrick highly enough."

"Previous inspections by other plumbers had told us faucet was old and was not repairable, so the tile wall would have to be broken to replace the entire faucet unit. I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. The Advanced Professional plumber did arrive late due to a previous job (this can happen.) But Advanced Professional's office kept us updated and promised the repair would still be performed. Job was performed in less than an hour. Plumber had all parts for the work. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company."

"I used them to install a gas line and hook up a new gas stove. Vince was through and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. I will be using Vince going forward for all of my plumbing needs!"

"I am beyond happy with my experience! From my initial call with Melissa to the completion of the work with George, everything was top notch. They were efficient and the work was done in a very timely fashion. Their customer service was wonderful! George replaced two toilets and a faucet for me and everything went extremely well. This was my first time using both Angi and Sydlar Service but I will definitely be using them both again!"

"Had a gas leak in my mechanical room next to my boiler and hot water heater and M.L plumbing came and tested the lines and found the leak and fixed the leaking pipe. Thanks M.L plumbing for job well done and at a very reasonable price👍."

"We were matching with David at All Clear Plumbing by chance on Home Advisor when we needed an emergency plumber. And we are so lucky we did!! The project ended up being SO MUCH BIGGER than we had initially anticipated, and David took care of every detail professionally and carefully. He is super reasonably priced and totally honest. In addition to the issue we had first seen, David also figured out what was causing the main problems and fixed that for us as well. We could not be happier with the quality of his work, and he is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!"

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"I am a returning customer. Tim and co did a stellar job installing my water softener. At the time when he gave me the quote for the softener, he also included a separate quote for a Reverse osmosis (RO) unit. At that time, I just did the softener with out the RO, thinking I would continue getting bottled water as I did. Fast forward to last week, I can no longer buy water in the larger 2.5 gallon cans due to high demand during the COVID 19 situation. The softener that Tim put has been working flawlessly for the last 2 years and I called NMP again to enquire about adding the RO system. They were very nice and still honored the original quote and got it done promptly. They gave me the option to install a separate faucet near the sink or have the water dispensed from the refrigerator. I chose the latter. I am glad I no longer need to depend on the stores for drinking water. Given the sudden high demand, NMP could have easily done price gouging if they were greedy. But they did not. It shows their high ethics, moral values and integrity in which they operate. I will continue to recommend Tim and Co to my friends and colleagues."
