He and one of their top plumbers, who successfully did work for me before, came to my house and completed the job. The owner apologized for what had transpired and said the work was not being charged to me. I asked that he please tell me the cost and that I wanted to pay but he said it was a courtesy visit due to what had happened. He never asked me to change any reviews and just apologized again. I thought it was very admirable and wanted to do this update.
