"I Called Zack with EZ Services. WOW!!! To say I was impressed is an understatement, I had a really tough intermittent issue with my electrical wiring. Zack took the time (4 hours to find the issue) and get it fixed. I also had him bid some, other things I needed done as well. This does not sound like much, BUT. When I paid another company (Dis-honest Abes) to come out and diagnose the issue. Not only could they not find the problem, but they were more interested in pushing a contract on me than fixing the issue. Then to top it off they quoted me 4 to 5X as much to do the extra jobs as Zack did. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."

I was waiting for them 6:10.9 to 6:15.1probably about 15-20 miles away from this address. I thought that they would be out here anytime. Then it dawned on me that I did not give them the updated address. So I called them immediately and said that it was my mistake for sending them the wrong address. They were very gracious in owning up to my mistake."
