"Mario, our service contractor, did a wonderful job updating our primary bathroom. He removed large tub and small shower, replacing them with a larger walk in shower with a seat, grab bars, and low threshold. He removed the old vanity and installed a solid wood double vanity with a quartz top that was custom made for our space. In addition, we had the tile floor covered with vinyl tile. Mario worked steadily for 3 straight days, arriving on site at the time he stated and not leaving until the portion of the work was completed for that day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful when decisions needed to made on the spot. As far as Premiere Home Pros, there were no surprises, the amount that was quoted to us at the sales portion of the job was exactly what we paid. Communication was excellent and the company was very accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend them!"

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"Great company. Had shower installed four years ago. Yesterday Marty came out to install a grab bar and permanent shower rod. Work was performed in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and cleaned up after install, no mess left for us to clean up. Would recommend Marty as a true professional. I would recommend Marty and Bath Fitters for any tub/shower install. "Toby came late on Thursday to repair a toilet that had given me problems for years. It appeared it was only a flapper problem that anyone could fix, but nothing worked permanently. Toby explained and showed how the toilet was defective. We scheduled the replacement for the next day, sometime after noon. I was called as soon as he was on his way, and he got the job done in a much shorter time than I expected. Toby was friendly, professional and skilled. I would recommend him or have him return for another job. I am very happy with my replacement toilet as well as Toby's excellent service!"

"Overall it was ok. 
Had a few issues with the threshold in one bathroom. I told them how I wanted it set and it was to be 1-1/4" set back from door jamb. They set it at 1-9/16" back from the edge of the door jamb. They discounted my knowledge and did it their way. Now you see both tiles from the outside of the bathroom. Exactly what it didn't want to see. (The door is only 1-3/8" thick)

Left me a bit of a mess and installed some of the base tile right to the door opening. So I had to chip this off to install the casing. Also left off a piece at the base under the sink.

They were good enough to come back and tidy and take care of most of my concerns with exception of the threshold that was set wrong. I'll just live with it and the memory ."

After my place was dried out, they came back and installed new drywall, baseboards, and wood flooring that had to be replaced because of water damage. Again, I was so impressed to the details these gentlemen performed with. My place looks like brand new again!"
