"I’ve been a customer since 1990 seen many changes some good some bad. I had the pleasure of talking to a lady named Pat M about furnace filters she was extremely helpful and provided all the information I required. I ordered them online just as she had provided it all worked out fine. I should see them in 6 to 7 days. When I had my new system put in, I had an electrostatic filter system installed. Here’s the problem. I have to buy the filters online. F H Furr does not sell them. It seems to me that if I had it installed there, I should be able to buy the pieces I need to keep it serviced instead of going online. Like I said, they’re usually good with their Service and I like most of their technicians. They are usually very, very good. But it’s a little things like this ther just aggravate me."

The work required the team to excavate three enormous holes in our yard and landscaping: one at the water main on the curb, one where the water pipe intersected local utilities in our yard and one in our landscaping bed where the water main entered the house.
