I never got a confirmation one way or the other. So I never really knew if the appointment was set or not. And I was surprised when at 7:30 AM my doorbell rang with JVS at the front door. I let him in to do the job as who knows if setting another appointment would have been different. In the end all is good."

Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. Chad definitely gets an A in customer service and experience."
