We were so excited to get on the schedule and the office streamlined everything. Bo and William were two of the nicest, professional, and hard working installers imaginable. "I was originally going to replace all of the screens around the house when I made the appointment, but in the end just decided to do one window where the window screen's frame was broken. One guy replaced that. The other guy came into the house and repaired the window balance rods. He also made sure the window closed and locked properly. Polite, professional. Accepted the Angie's List coupon. Although because they had less work than originally anticipated, they did have a minimum charge. <br />"
