"Point Loma Electric had me concerned because of the name Point Loma sounded Pricey $$. My townhouse was a rental for over 15 years and it needs work because I had a property manager all the time it was a rental and many repairs were done on the cheap. The doorbell and smoke detectors all needed replacement and first, the technician was very nice, respectful, very very professional. He located the doorbell transformer really quickly!! I thought one of the former tenants had removed it on purpose. That alone was impressive because 2 other technicians were nt able to locate it in the coat closet, I made my decision to hire them for the doorbell and detectors. I m glad I did, because my wife had been wanting the smoke detectors and CO2 sensors operating for a while... and the doorbell was driving me crazy. So I was able to score some points! HAPPY WIFE = HAPPY LIFE!! Thank you POINT LOMA ELECTRIC & Plumbing!! I HIGHLY recommend them for electrical work anyone may need. "I was really impressed with the service provided by Nadav and he is team. I have a thirty year old home that still had the original HVAC systems. One located in the attic and the other underneath the house. Neither of these installations was simple. The Sky Clean Air team quoted me two days to remove and install new systems. The install crew was really professional, courteous and hard working. The underneath the house install was especially difficult with a tight crawl space in a less than hospital environment. These guys were not a show up at 10 leave at 3 pm crew.......they worked long hours both days to ensure they met the promised schedule.They kept me informed any issues throughout the installation process so there were no surprises. At the end of two days we had two beautifully installed systems that now cool our 4000 sq ft house in a matter of an hour instead of the 4 or 5 the old system required.
