"Hugo is exactly the kind of contractor you d want for your job. I manage four separate buildings with 220 units so I ve got a solid foundation on which to grade contractors and Hugo gets a 10 out of 10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, from me. We re already planning to use him for more jobs. Him and his team of professionals not only fixed the original issue (rotted out post holding up stairs) but also went above and beyond by fixing the railing and because he said it was a quick fix included it in the original bid without increasing our cost. We re currently working to set up a carport and other metal work projects with him and his team. He does great work, cleans up after himself, and gives fair upfront clear pricing and invoicing. Again I can t say enough about this contractor…if they all worked like him my life would be so much easier!!!"

"GreenHouse did a fantastic job on our new deck and porch from beginning to end. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. I highly recommend them and would happily hire them again!"

"Didn't even get to the job. Called 02/22/23 to schedule quote. Scheduled it 8 days out for 03/02/23 for 11:00. Called at 10:55 to inform his engineer went to the wrong address but both should be there shortly. At 11:09 texted to inform me no one was at my house and we needed to reschedule, despite me standing at the window waiting. After 30 minutes and several texts, confirmed he went to wrong address but too busy and needed to reschedule. Not very professional and very little respect for possible client."
