I was promptly contacted the following morning by an incredibly pleasant, polite, and professional receptionist/scheduler. "I like that they sent me text messages with the service person's photo and arrival time. I also got phone calls from the main office alerting me that their service person was on the way to my house. Arrived on time. Service people were friendly and professional. This was a messy repair and they cleaned up and removed everything before leaving."

"They contacted me right away and set up a very quick appointment. He gave me an estimate of the cleaning I would need. They gave me an appointment window, contacted me early, because he was running early, to let me know he was on his way and how long it would take for him to get here. He even offered to bring me a coffee or tea! After we talked about the trouble we have been having with our fireplace he laid out a tarp and started cleaning and checking for the problem. After he found the problem, he explained my problem and my options for repair. As well as the cost options. I chose what would work and he gave me an estimate of how long it would take. After he completed the repairs he showed me how everything worked and how to shut off the gas, because I did not know how to do that before. He cleaned up and was very, very courteous! So hard to find good customer service these days and someone who takes pride in their work. The fireplace looks awesome!"

"Highly recommended and I will be calling next time I need help. My heater wasn't heating so I called around. Dylan was able to come straight over, less than 2 hours after I called the house was warm. Luckily it was a simple fix, no parts needed (a spider had built it's web in there), so the whole repair was covered under the $89 service fee. Dylan was respectful of me and of my home. AND he told me they work on swamp coolers, which is sort of hard to find these days."
