They checked out my garage doors, said the springs do NOT need replacing, and did a minor tightening, which they did for free... Don's Garage Doors company had attempted to upsell me on unnecessary parts, misrepresented the coupons they had sent out, and truly upset me to the point of needing to publicly post about my experience."
