"The customer service started when I was in search for a Roofing Company and I spoke to Mr Barry Adams’s we both missed the timing and I went with another Company as my matter was urgent and it was a few days before Christmas. "WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. He then choose to delivery moldy pavers from the supply house he picked them up and didn't even tell us about them until after he was installing them. We signed a contract stating no money upfront until the job was completed he was yelling the entire time he worked that he wants to get paid. He was very dishonest and he doesn't even want to come back to fix pavers that are damaged after he left us with 3 year warranty. I definitely would not hire this guy to do your job. He then tell me to take off the bad reviews. I will come fix your pavers and then he did nothing to repair them. Very very dishonest contractor..STAY FAR AWAY!!"
