"George was super helpful over the phone determining the right water heating solution for our home, was highly communicative and transparent throughout the process, and made quick work of the installation of our electric water heater. Would highly recommend to other folks in Seattle in need of a water heater upgrade!"

"Installed tankless water heater and replaced all copper lines with Pex. Did an amazing job! Expedient, reliable, professional, and courteous. Definitely will hire again if needed!"

"Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. We have already booked Seatown to upgrade our electrical panel and replace our old knob and tube wiring and sockets. Highly recommend Seatown."

"I also had a hot water tank installed and as always their employees and on time and very nice."

"They were fantastic. Jared and Jake were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond when replacing our water heater. The previous owners of the house installed the old water heater poorly. These guys not only replaced the water heater, but fixed all the piping and attachments as well. I’d definitely hire this company again for any plumbing issues."

"We called at 8 am and had a technician here by noon. A new water heater was installed by 2:30. Milton was compassionate (we were frazzled) and knew exactly what to do. Really grateful for the care and expertise."

"Plumbing Technician Dennis Poznyur did an outstanding job shutting/capping off a natural gas line servicing a gas dual fuel range in preparation for installing an induction range. Kudos to Dennis for very professional service."

"Had a big job of 4 water heaters in four different units. Platinum Plumbing blocked off the entire day to get them all done at once. They are friendly, professional, and when it comes to water heaters, very fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at having their water heater replaced. I will use them in the future for other plumbing needs should they arise. Thank you!!"

"Raman and team are top notch from first contact to finishing the job. We asked for 2 replacements (in separate times): Our sewer pipe broke and flooded our basement. Our hot water tank gave out. Raman was the only person that was straightforward, detailed, and REAL. He was transparent of schedule and timeline as well as offered competitive pricing. I shopped around and we trusted Raman and team. He replaced about 70 feet of clay sewer pipe with PVC. To do that he had to dig a trench about 7-8 feet deep. Job well done. He also put in a tankless water heater that will last and perform other brands and fit to our needs. Raman is someone you can trust. Thanks again!"
