"We purchased the home a month before all of our electrical issues started. Come to find out that water was following the main wire into the panel, and moisture was building behind the breakers. We found the problem when a circuit became overloaded, and the breaker didn't trip, causing the wire to overheat and almost cause a serious fire inside the wall void and drop ceiling. We started calling all the local services, and that's when we found Alex and the crew of Princeton Electrical Makeover (PEM). "Received $11000 project quote for a solar panel installation with 0% finance. The quote was attractive, and I decided to go with this company. Applied for 0% financing card and got approved for it. However, after receiving permits, the company changed the contract to 6% financing option. The company insisted that the contract was originally 6%. After much discussion, it provided me with a very ambiguous and small fine prints as part of the contract. The installation was done cheap. The guys used cheap plastic pipe to get the electrical work done and also made a hole in the roof to run the electrical line through. All of these works were done without discussing it with the owner. After receiving the payments, no help or guidance for setting up SREC. You get what you pay for. I regret that I chose this vendor for solar panel project."
