I called Premier (from advice from my sister who had a great experience with Premier). Hector came out and fixed everything in a jiffy. He worked around the problem and gave me 2 remotes that work on that opener. Saved me a lot of money. I recommend this company very highly. If you have garage door or opener problems, you will be very happy if you check these guys out first."
