"We called Mr. Electric to provide a quote for removal of existing and installation of a new light fixture in two-story foyer. They were very responsive and sent out a technician within a couple of hours to provide a quote. Once the technician arrived, he proceeded to complete a in-home survey of our electrical panel, exterior electric box and electric meter. He then reviewed the scope of work and came back inside within about 10 minutes. He went over the home inspection and then provided the quote that’s where things went sideways. The quote was $1169! 😳 Again, that is to remove an existing light fixture in a foyer and replace it with a more current contemporary styled one. We explained that the quote was excessive based on our estimates from other providers. He indicated that they had just revised their pricing and that their pricing was in line the other major electric service providers. Needless to say, we explained to the technician that we would not be going with their services due to the price point."

"They did a great job replacing Control 4 light switches with 3-way and 4-way toggle switches. Due to the way the Control 4 switches were installed it took them a little longer than planned to get the new toggle switches installed, they only charged me the original quote. Very friendly and courteous. Definitely would hire them again"

Jeremy is good at what he does however it is important to remember that he is the owner of a company so he cannot be at every job. I was lucky enough to have Jeremy customize my projects needs. The solution he offered was something that others did not think of. <br /> <br />  To summarize, Jeremy is a great troubleshooter and an even better electrical contractor. I am pleased with his work and would highly recommend him. He is also very responsive during emergencies. Keep his number on hand. You will be thankful when your power cuts out due to a storm and the only person who helps you is Jeremy at a moments notice."

"Efficient and upfront on pricing. Another company was not honest and tried to tell us our whole electric panel needed replaced as it a was fire hazard at an estimate of 14K. This was not the issue. Our fuse box not that old. Wards installed surge protector since fuses sometimes trip and plugged up some holes that was causing a whistle sound. There is still a slight whistle sound but not coming from panel probably from gaps in window and not a fire hazard. Fixed for around 500$. Always get a second opinion. "
