"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Woke to a chilly home stemming from a heat-pump issue. Posted my repair service need on Angi and within minutes, received a text and phone call from HOFFMAN MECHANICAL, who was able to come out same day and got my Lennox unit up and running again at a fair cost for both parts and the weekend/after hours service call fee. I would use them again without hesitation, and I am happy to highly recommend this company!"

"Mis-diagnosed issue with Rheem AC unit. Diagnosed it as a refrigerant leak in the coil covered under warranty and recommended that I get in touch with the original installer to service the unit under warranty - which I greatly appreciated, and did. However, the original installer indicated that the unit was just a pound low on refrigerant - no leak in coil - and behaving as it did due to safeguards built into the unit to prevent damage to the unit."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Great - The issue was resolved in less than 3 hours from the time I called them. This was important as I had to shutoff water to the entire house prior to the repair. Stan was prompt, pleasant and reasonable. Will definitely call them for any future Plumbing or Heating needs."
