"Started noticing water stains on our ceiling around the skylight a few months back. Thought maybe it just needed some caulking or something simple. Turns out it was way worse than that. Expert found that the flashing around the skylight had deteriorated completely, water had been getting into the roof deck and there was rot in the wood framing around it. They basically had to rebuild the entire opening, replace damaged decking and install new flashing. What I thought would be a quick $300 fix ended up being over $1800 because of all the hidden damage. I was frustrated at first but they showed me pictures of the rot and explained that if we didn't fix it right, we'd have a much bigger problem down the road. Wish it hadn't cost that much but at least it's done right and we don't have to worry about structural damage getting worse"

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Very professional and on time, I picked the wrong week because two days were very windy and they had to wait. They came and resealed my seams around the house replaced some boards that rotted out but always checked we me due to added cost. Very nice workers job turned out great."

We contacted Cielo Construction to take over this remodeling project and to bring my house to a modern house condition and now that our house is finished (after 3 months of daily work by several teams of workers) we are extremely pleased with everything they did. Tom and Oren (who were in charged on our project) did an amazing work with starting with the way they ran this project, the way they managed the people and the way that Cielo construction handle all the rest.
