They cleaned the work area nightly and was cautious about covering all furniture. Jan – 1600 sq ft of Smartcore vinyl flooring (Andover Oak) with water barrier Feb – Door and baseboard trim throughout home with framing corners Mar – Installed 2 French doors. Raised the back fence 1.5 feet and installed a gate. Mar/April - Kitchen remodel – Removed an L shape wall, bar, power and lighting. Reinforced subfloor joist and replaced damaged subflooring. Placed an Island (78.7 x 40.6) with water, plumbing and power. Framed butler pantry, sheetrock, mud and taped with lighting. Hung pendulum lights and ceiling fan. Relocated the refrigerator and water. Framed cabinets, sheetrock, mud, and taped above the refrigerator. July – Folding patio doors (151 x 80), remove sliding doors and install. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

All the technicians I dealt with were extremely professional and did a wonderful job.  The shower leak especially was difficult to repair and took longer than anticipated, but they put in the extra time to ensure it was repaired properly and brought in a plumber when he was unsure how to proceed.  I trusted him enough to give him a key to work while I was not at home.  The crew was also very clean.  They even sent a technician back in the evening to show me and explain the detail of what he had done.  I will definitely use Just Do It Builders again!
