"These guys are the real deal. They came out to review the work and quote needed materials and labor. Once the work was scheduled, they were on time and worked the entire day. Part of our work needing done was fixing mistakes made by a previous electrician. Not only were they able to fix the issues, they took the time to explain what was needed and why. We had several electrical outlets added, a couple of light switches and light fixtures. I'm actually looking forward to having them come again to troubleshoot a possible faulty switch and complete other electrical projects for my shop. Highly recommended! Will use again!"

"Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. With two of them here, I felt like they could have done more."

He made sure that I knew what exactly was going on. They were very professional, they seem to be knowledgeable and they have good rating with the BBB. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
