"We loved working with DreamMaker. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. I would highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen because of their ethics in every regard. "To say it went perfect would be an understatement. We could not be more pleased with the craftmanship, the staff, the materials, and the professional construction we had done from this company. The photos of both bathrooms do not even do it justice because we can't capture the entire room with one photo. "I have used JW Home Improvement in the past and contacted them for an exterior painting/repair project. Josh, the estimator, was on time, walked through some issues he found with my exterior (wood rot and replacement of siding on the outside of my gas fireplace due to weed wacker damage, and leak in same area) in addition to the painting. I had a two-person team (Thomas and Matthew) for two days to complete the work. They did a fantastic job: kept me updated with any changes needed to complete the work, were always punctual, friendly, and professional; and cleaned up the area after completion. During this time of social distancing and trying to stay safe with COVID-19, everyone I dealt with in person (Josh, Thomas, and Matthew) went up and above to ensure they did what was necessary to maintain everyone's safety and completing the work very professionally.
