Since we had damage getting our insurance involved was a different approach to the project. We needed several upgrades like a ridge cap and skylight replacement. Suzanne our consultant was very helpful and simplified everything. ARHT scheduled the work around my wife’s meetings which was great since she works at home. The installation went smoothly as the shingles portion was done in one day. The end result was a very good looking roof with all the extras that we needed. They did a great job cleaning up after completion so I couldn’t tell we had a new roof installed. The roof looks great and no mess. "The work was described on paper and accomplished as scheduled, the cleanup after the work to remove nails and other roofing material from the deck and yard was good. Gutter installation was done separately, using a different team but the same firm. A coordinator did respond to my questions online in a timely way and sent photos after the work was complete and was very helpful. Conversation with the work crew was minimal."

"I called after I realized several shingles came off of the house while the wind storm was still happening hoping to get "on the list" to get repairs done. I was surprised when they came out within an hour and a half, but it was still too dangerous for them to get on the roof because of the winds. The worker said he would be back out the next day at 11. He showed up just a little after 11 which was impressive. He completed the job quickly and gave me a very detailed report on what he did and the overall condition of the roof (its going on it's 15th year). He cleaned up and left everything the way it should be. The only concern was the cost ($275) as it seemed a bit higher than what I thought it would be. HOWEVER, considering they came out the same day I called...returned the next...and made me a priority, I realize that is worth the cost. No complaints and I would defiantly use them again!"
