"New kitchen was done over by Artisin Contractors that I would not recommend to anyone. New kitchen sink was installed by them and was not done correctly. After months of leaks and water telling them they need to get a real plumber at my house and not a carpenter to fix a plumbing problem he finally called Grade A and got me a real professional plumber. His name is Roy and very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. Roy fixed the problem. He respects your home, when he interned my home he covered his shoes. Very nice man. Thank you."

"Ryan was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely, and super respectful of the space. He was hired for us initially through a general contractor to do the plumbing portion of our renovations (kitchen sink, two showers, a bar sink and some appliance hookups) and did them all perfectly. Was knowledgeable both generally and about specific water issues common to our area and potential solutions, super agreeable and completely transparent and helpful in sourcing specific parts that would fit in with our existing stuff. The job was done, but not a great job for three reasons:

(1) I purchased Angle's List one-hour coupon.  They spent about 75 min and then charged me for an extra hour.  I thought it was a typical practice but today an electrician came to fix our bathroom fan.  The electrician team spent about 70-75 min but didn't charge me anything more (I also purchased a one-hour Angle's list coupon for the electrical work). 

(2) After they finished the job, they pointed out a valve problem, which will take no more than 30 min to fix but they would rather do it next time, which mean charging me for another hour. 

(3) The guy who helped the lead plumber was not qualified for the job.  It was me that noticed the powder room pipe's leaking problem because he did not tighten the connectors.  Fortunately, the lead plumber fixed it before they left.  The company definitely needs to give its crew better training before putting them into real work.

"The job went extremely well. Hector came out on Sunday to give me an estimate and was able to do the job a few days later. He installed and painted a new door in the bathroom. I am really pleased with the results. Hector cleaned up all the debris and removed the old door from the premises. I am so glad I found him on Angie's List and is in the process of scheduling other jobs for him to do in the future. If you are looking for someone who takes pride in his work then I recommend Hector Ponce from Alpha & Omega."

"They came out within a week of purchasing the big deal. They went and checked it out right away and got a new replacement hot water heater. They got it in there pretty quickly, within a couple of days of calling them. What stood out the most about them was their timeliness. As far as using the deal, I don't think they actually applied the deal to the rate. They just quoted me what they called a discounted rate."
