They then told me what they would do, began working and were done in 1 hour and 15 minutes, then told me to feel the carpet, which was very damp, but said that in a couple of hours it would be dry enough to put furniture back. I waited 4 1/2 hours and the carpet was dry. I was VERY satisfied with their professionalism, the work that they did and their courtesy."

They worked quickly and effieicntly. They showed up when they said they would. The work was completed in the time frame they gave and they were polite and pleasant. Although I would't recommend the initial experience of a broken waste pipe, I would recommend this company to anyone with a similar situation."
