I called multiple companies and they either wanted a small fortune or wouldn’t come out at all. I called Everest and talked to there hvac manager ray and he agreed to help us out not only did he come out immediately but he had my air conditioner up and going in a matter of minutes. He even called back the next day to make sure it was still working right. Everest will definitely be my go to service company."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly. He spent about an hour looking for the problem, didn't see anything broken, but cleaned out an extremely dirty condenser - which fixed the problem and we've been cool ever since."

Called Insulation Pro's who came out the very next day and after crawling down and into the new space knew right away what the problem was.
