"I had written a not so great review for Victor's Home Solutions after receiving no response from writing them an email and calling back in 2023 when the roof was done. The review got a response where direct contact did not. They agreed to pay me for my time (as long as I removed the review) after I collected more than 50 roofing nails from around my property and in my gutters, and also sharp metal flashing in the yard. They also destroyed most of the gutter guards that according to the contract, were supposed to be taken off and saved. Most were ruined after being ripped off, not unscrewed. I found them in the dumpster. I contacted them a month ago as my basement has flooded a few times, most recently with the rain in March. The shingles come over the gutters 3 inches in most spots. The person came out and said they were only over an inch. I have the pics to show that they are over 3 inches. That overhang is causing most of the water to go right over the gutters. "I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had.
