"Diagnosis of the problem was not complete. I was told the compressor failed and ended up replacing the unit. However, within hours of the new install, it is blowing hot air and the problem had to be addressed very late in the evening. It was then found to have a gas leak that was supposedly in an area of pre-existing pipe and that the thermostat was bad. Ironic how they reported the thermostat was working upon completing the new install, however. While I appreciate the Technician addressing the issue in the middle of the night, I don?t appreciate the failure of diagnosing the issue in the first place."

To make matters worse, Air Titans refused to honor the online special from there website Ac Tune up Sanitation they had advertised and tried to change the services entirely. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. I wound not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or honesty. "
