I've noticed this from past experiences. For that reason, I'm looking for a plumber with consistent quality employees. For this job, I believe the plumber was probably well qualified, but I believe that he should have installed the same type of hardware that he removed (the shut-off valve) before proceeding. <br />"

Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it.
