The plumbing tech did provide a written report of the inspection and also made suggestions for pricey upgrades. It?s hard to tell what?s necessary and what isn?t with this company. Techs have all been professional and punctual."

He was fast, efficient, and wore show covers to keep the house clean. He then explained to my parents how to properly maintain the new furance, completed the paperwork for the warranty, and said to give him a call if they wanted to hire him for yearly maintenance. It wasn't pushy or slimy and I felt like my parents were truely taken care of and given good advice as well as options."
