"Horribly managed company. Too much reliance on low quality AI that gives the customer the run around. The tech that did the diagnostic said the water softener just needed o-ring replacement. the tech that did the repair found irregularities in the tank and could not set the o-ring right so he said it would continue to leak and it is, still gave me the $819 bill. As far as billing I was quoted $819, to lessen the blow I joined the Comfy Club before the repair to get a membership discount, still paid $819. Asked about the discount and after two weeks of asking was finally told the discount was automatically applied, I guess the discount was 0. Also as part of the Comfy Club I scheduled a HVAC tuneup with a window between 12 and 4 and by 410 still had no clue if or when the tech would show up. So I don?t feel Comfy, I feel like I got ripped off and will definitely not have anything further to do with this company. "
