"I got quite a few bids on replacing my hot water heater Simply hands-down had the best price thank you Michelle in the office for all the assistance"

"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

"This is a difficult one to write because, in the end, I think the actual work done was completed very well and professionally. We had a tankless water heater installed to replace our aging tank. The problem i have is with their business practices and lack of effective/accurate communication. A two-day job stretched to a week+ due to workers leaving early every day for one reason or another. Admittedly, one of the days was understandable due to a family emergency and I absolutely cannot begrudge somebody leaving early to attend to their child. That’s just being a good dad. The job completed on a Friday and I was repeatedly assured that an county inspector & Pure Plumbing employee would be arrive early Tuesday (Monday was Memorial Day) to close the job. Nobody ever showed up and I was told nothing. I came to learn that Pure Plumbing plays some shady games when it comes to permitting a project. They (illegally) do the work without pulling permits. Then, after it is done, they submit drawings of the completed work to get an after-the-fact permit pulled. It’s only then that they request an inspection which happens a couple weeks after the fact. They also expect full payment before the work passes inspection. I tried to contact the owner of the company (Andrew Aranda) via phone and the email his office supplied in order to discuss/resolve the issue, but never heard a reply. Unpermitted work exposes the company and the homeowner to potential fines and long delays in completion. Even though I love the work they did and would love to use them again, I would hesitate because of legally questionable methods that cast a shady layer over the operation. Are there other hidden corners being cut? Their talented roster of tradesmen/women isn’t worth doing business with because legal games are being played with the county. I plan on contacting a Clark County agent to discuss this job and warn them of potential future dishonesty."

"Todd was great. Concisely described my issues and showed me my options. Given I've never owned a condo before, Todd explained the complications of having to shut off the water not just for myself, but the other 3 residence in the same building. I'll be hiring him and/or the company again to update all my shut off valves in order prevent another disaster."

"My wife and I just got a water softener system installed ; the two technicians, DeMarion and Adrien, were great: very professional, they explained to us the water system in details and they installed it pretty fast too. I recommend this company."

"Excellent customer service and very quick to respond. Discovered our water heater was leaking near midnight on a Saturday. Contacted Vegas Built Services at 8am on a Sunday and they were out to my home to provide a quote by 10am. By noon, we had a newly installed water heater. Friendly, professional, and clean. I highly recommend Vegas Built Services."

"Excellent company. Wonderful service. The only plumbing company to come out and install an RO system I had purchased myself and remove the old system. They are now my go to plumbing company. Thank you"
