"I called out for a late night emergency after our A/C failed on the hottest day of the year (115°F!). Their dispatcher was quick to pick up, and promply scheduled someone to come out to us within an hour, and there was no surcharge or special rate either. The technician, Steve, called ahead and was out shortly afterwards. He was courteous and prompt, and immediately got to work on our system. He let us know pricing for repair/replacement (which was extremely competitive, much more reasonably priced than larger competitors), and took care of us 100%. Great technician, and a fantastic small company, I'll be recommending them to our friends and neighbors here in the valley."

They did not try to oversell; I was given three options, including replacing the current system with the same choice (the cheapest) and two additional choices providing different options at different levels of cost.
