However, theyhave a good product in those "Marvin" windows and they are professional and respectful of your home. When decided on a company to do your windows at least always keep them in the mix of your consideration as they should always be on your top three list of companies - $, reputation, professionalism in text, emails, phone call and on site visists are important to me. "This project couldn't have gone better. The responsiveness was great. The price was great. The turnaround time on a project that was somewhat of an emergency couldn't have been better. From initial contact, through quote, and to start of the work, it took less than 48 hours. The crew was on time, clean, very friendly and respectful, and the work looks great. "We had several issues when working with them on the installation at the beginning of the summer that were attributed to a sudden change in staffing. Understandable. Then following the install we had to have them return because the screen for the door wasn't aligned correctly. Aggravating, but not the end of the world. Now just a few months later the door is making a loud clicking sound just before it closes. It's louder than the ancient metal-framed door we replaced. We scheduled service for earlier this week and they never showed. We called that evening and didn't receive a call back until three days later. During that call there was no apology and no explanation provided until I asked why they never showed. The excuse this time was a new scheduling system. Because I wasn't available at a time that was convenient for them, we're stuck waiting another two weeks to have someone look at it. Very disappointing."

He brought a variety of samples, answered all our questions, made excellent suggestions, and guided us to the best choice for us. Several of our windows are old and very irregular, and Jeff took precise measurements that allowed him to install blinds that fit them exactly. A year later, we wanted to add blinds for our office and guest suite, and we called Jeff again. He was able to get us the same product, and again, installation went beautifully. "Rex came out and measured window and sent us the estimate of cost by e-mail the next day. We accepted price given for replacement for not only the two panels but all four. (There was no sales pitch or pressure when asked to cost all four windows). A week later another tech came out to re-measure windows for exact size and confirm previous measurements. We were told it would take about 6-8 wks. for the windows, but actually it only took four. Called us as they had a cancellation and asked if we would like them to come sooner, which we said definitely. Came exact time was told and finished the replacements in less than two hrs. The service tech’s (Tony & Brandon) were great and had wonderful personalities, and even took off their shoes! The replacements went great and I can not say enough about the actual service itself as they were awesome. Professionals for sure and great price! I highly recommend this company from beginning to end, you will not be sorry. As a added comment, Barb in office was fabulous and a great personality and very nice!"
