"The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. "Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced.
