"There should be an A+++ option for Richard and his team. He walked me through the entire process and was either on the phone or at my house anytime I had questions during the project. Him and his team (Mike, Vilma, Bryant) are some of the nicest most professional people I have been around. They basically felt like family by the end of the project. The Project: We had to resurface the pool, staple cracks, add new pool light, fix skimmer, add new vacuum system, replace pool motor and filter system and replace electrical. The project took about a month to complete (do to unforeseen obstacles and weather). My pool is 9ft deep and holds about 30,000 gallons of water. I am so happy with my new pool and Richard and his team. Only use Richard for your pool projects. He is the best and will call him again if I ever need anything else with my pool. Also its been a week since the pool project ended and Richard has still done courtesy calls and tested my pool several times to make sure I am taking care of it correctly and this is all after the Contract was complete.
