"I had my 50-gallon water heater replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy and stress-free—and they were able to get everything done the very next day, which was a huge relief. The team was prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly—they made what could have been a complicated job feel seamless. What really stood out was their transparency. They clearly explained my options, walked me through pricing upfront, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect before any work began. There were no surprises, just honest and straightforward communication the whole way through. The installation itself was efficient and done with great care. "The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. I was impressed & will use this company in the future when I need a plumber."

"Rob is great. In a world of plumbers that don't show up or return your call, he stands apart as a shows up and gets the job done guy. I hope I don't need his services often, but if I do....I'm calling Rob."
