"I've put off for years connecting outside speakers to my sound system. I wanted to stream my music from SiriusXM, Pandora and other services when enjoying my deck. Bluetooth speakers just weren't cutting it due to poor quality , bad connections and batteries failing during use. Randy offered a free consultation. I scheduled an appointment and he came, looked over my system and within an hour I had outdoor speakers which were switchable from my receiver and he checked out the rest of my surround sound connections. "The TVs and Surround Sound systems were properly installed, so the job was completed as requested. The Good: David and the crew were very punctual and hard working. They spent the whole day working on the project and everything was working when they left. They even made arrangements to come out on a Saturday (at no additional charge) to accommodate my schedule. The Bad: The attention to detail was lacking. For just over $1500 to install 2 TVs and surround-sound speakers, I would have expected everything to be pretty flawless. Small items like sloppy drywall patching (I had to sand and skim coat all of the patches), dirty hand prints on the newly painted walls, and one of the TV's being about .25" out of level took away from the overall satisfaction with the project. I also felt that they could have been more creative with routing the power cord and Coax for the fireplace - the racetrack conduit did not look good, and ultimately, my wife and I came up with a way to run the cables behind the hollow brick that looked much better. In summary, the work was average, but for the price, I would have appreciated a little better finished product with less work on my behalf."

"I had 11 ethernet lines run to various locations at my house. Charlie's team did an excellent job. This was a fairly big job that took the two techs two days to complete. The techs provided their recommendations on how to run the wires with very minimal damage to dry wall. I plan on using them again in a couple years when I decide to have surround sound speaker cables professionally installed in the main movie room."

"Customer Service: Navneet Gill responded to our request promptly, very courteous, explaining to us what he was doing as he was troubleshooting the issues with the home theater equipment, Quality of service:Very knowledgeable, was able to fix the problem quickly and modify all setting to maximize system performance. Will definitively use this company again."

"AV Installation (Roberto) installed high speed ethernet cable from the Verizon Fios modem in the garage to Google Mesh WiFi inside the house. He was prompt in responding to HomeAdvisor enquiry and gave a reasonable estimate. He was quite knowledgeable in the telecommunications technology. I went with him because his estimate was a firm number, unlike the others who were charging by the hour with a not-so-certain time required to complete the job. He arrived on time for installation appointment, did a great job with the install and cleaned up after the job was comp[leted. I will hire him again and refer him to friends."
