"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"This is a very good company. Our garage door was not working probably due to a lightning strike. Was repaired very quickly and banging that had been bothering totally eliminated. Door was adjusted and we were totally pleased. (Had a different company check the noise about a year ago-without solving anything) Highly recommend them."

"I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."

They took the time to really tailor the stair to our situation, even expanding our attic opening to its original size so that we could fit in a larger and more comfortable stair. Now we have a wonderful, easy-to-use attic stair instead of the clunky and heavy wooden ladder. I'm nine months pregnant right now, and I can move it by myself easily. When we used them for general service on our door, it was another good experience. The tech adjusted the settings on my door to make it safer around little kids. (The original door was NOT installed by Panhandle Garage Doors.) They also found and fixed a spring that was about to come loose, before it could have caused damage. By the end of the service, our door was much quieter than before."
