"Tony was fantastic and I would most highly recommend him. Our house is 30 years old and needed some work around several of the window frames to repair old stucco and properly seal before winter rainy season. I was pretty specific with Tony on the phone and he insisted this was a job he could handle. He arrived around 9:00 AM and we did a walk around the house. He found some areas that he thought could benefit from work that I had not identified, which I appreciated. He gave me a bid and I thought the price was very fair. He worked until about 5:00 PM and did an outstanding job. Throughout the day we had multiple discussions and he went out of his way to show me what needed to be fixed. In addition to the window frames / stucco, I had him fix a dripping hose bib and install a toilet paper holder. He's very versatile and extremely friend. "From planning to completion, everything went exceptionally well.  The crew handling the removal and installation of the new ceramic tile (Omar and Simon) were wonderful.  The quality and precision of their work should be commended.  We only had one slight issue, which actually worked out in our favor.  We originally thought we wanted a "pinwheel" design on our tile, but due to an problem with our tile order (not Specialized Floorings error), we ended up using a larger (20") tile with a diagonal pattern and it truly looks magnificent.
All materials arrived as planned, so the entire project only took a week to complete.  Roland was actively involved is making sure everything was being completed to our satisfaction and on a timely basis.
