Rather than remove and replaced, I was pleasantly surprised that the existing broken slab could be elevated back up to the original position, then a simple resurfacing could then be done. My issue was rain water that I have now mitigated. The cool thing was that a brick retaining wall sitting on top of the broken slab also elevate to its original position, Simple mortar work will make it all perfect. These guys are legit. Hats off to Levi Woods who came out to see the need, then provide some education of the AFS process and ultimately an estimate, as well as Matthew Martin and Parris Houchins who did the repair. Wade came out for the initial review of our roof. He made some fixes as he did the inspection and then came down with photos to help explain everything he was seeing. He worked with us on price and we decided to move forward with all of his recommendations after receiving a few second opinions from other companies. The gutters look great and they matched the color perfectly. I requested Wade to come back and check the work of the team who actually did the work and he did with no questions asked. "Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.
