"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. "Regan was the first technician, in the seven years since our HVAC system was installed, to correctly identify a configuration issue that had been overlooked from the start. He discovered that the system was wired to operate only on Stage 1 instead of both Stage 1 and Stage 2, which had prevented our home from heating and cooling properly all this time.
