"I just moved into a recently renovated home and couldn't power up a brand new dryer that had just been delivered that morning. The delivery guys said that I had two days to figure out if the problem was the outlet or was dryer was defective. If it was the dryer, they would pick it up and take it back and bring a replacement at no charge, but only if the dryer was defective. The only way to know was to hire an electrician. He has able to look at a rats nest of wires, tell me how it had been miss-wired, fix it, and install two new new switches including a WiFi Wemo in 30 minutes. He also correctly diagnosed a wiring error the builder had made 19 years ago. He deserves my 5-star rating. The only issue I have is Mr. Value's charge of $267 for one hour of work.
