"They did great. The entire surface was level and free from tripping hazards. It is important to have them seal the cracks because there will be water from snow melt and the concrete will move. This will get you the 5 yr warrantee just in case."

"Logan was the person who set us up to get some areas of the patio and driveway that needed leveling. Some areas had dropped over an inch. Isaiah came out and did some fantastic work and got everything back to how it was over 20 yrs. ago."

"They were very polite and prompt. They reviewed the work with me both before and after the job. They were very skillful asking me if I had any questions before beginning the work which I appreciated. They did the job very well. The job was a safety issue. My sidewalk is now straight and my steps are safe to go down. Overall it was a job well done. I will recommend them and use them, again."

"This family owned company lifted a sinking concrete patio in our yard 4 years ago. The husband and wife team came and analyzed and quoted. Their sons did the work. Unfortunately, the concrete started to sink again 4 years later, so we called them. They were very concerned and although so much time had elapsed, they wanted to come out and redo it for no charge. We are xtremely pleased with their excellent customer service, the fact that they stand behind their work after 4 years, and professionalism. They cleaned up and were very responsive. Highly recommend their services!"

"Process went very well. Estimate was provided within days of the request and the price was very competitive with other estimates I had been provided. Requesting a setup date went pretty smoothly and they were out and completed the work on the day we had scheduled. I am quite happy with the result of the work and would not hesitate to call them again should I need similar work done. <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Le Center, MN

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
